Expresso Box has a technical nutritionist who visits each of the projects monthly, with the priority of validating all criteria to guarantee the food safety of our customers and employees.

To ensure that everything goes perfectly, we have a project manager who monitors all processes related to consumption, service and team satisfaction, along with our Snack Host – a dedicated professional who accompanies customers on a daily basis.

 

In addition, our entire operations and logistics structure works backstage to guarantee punctual, fresh and always wonderful deliveries !

Monthly planning

Every month, the project manager carries out a careful analysis to define the product mix for the next month. We use consumption data from the last few months, evaluate feedback collected via digital survey in the app or via Snack Host, in addition to analyzing the entire context of the season, commemorative dates and other external factors to create a coherent, assertive and perfectly balanced action plan between everyone's favorites and the latest news of the month.
